Box Tops for Education     Cindy R.  -  Librarian/Coordinator  

      Did you know that such a little thing can make such a big difference? Our school has always been involved in the Box Tops for Education program. About ten years ago, the RCS Guild designated all funds earned through Box Tops to be allocated to the library. So simply put, the more money earned, the more books for the library! It is so much fun to see it all add up and then to see the kids get so excited about new books. This summer, about 1,000 new books were cataloged in the library. This could not have been done without your help and the Box Tops program. Labels can be submitted through the coordinator at any time throughout the year. However, Box Tops will only issue checks twice a year, traditionally in December and April. This past year the library earned $1,934.00. Our goal for this year is $2,500.00. I encourage you to access btfe.com and sign up for our school. Through this site you can keep track of our earnings and download coupons for Box Top products.
