The Racine Christian School Girls' A-Squad Team was presented the Girls' Sportsmanship Award by the Wisconsin Christian School Association at this year's Tournament in Sheboygan.  Each year, the award is presented to a team displaying outstanding Christian character, behavior, and spirit.

Principal Dave Van Swol says, "Thanks to Coach Michelle Porcaro for leading our Girls' Basketball A-Squad.  They played with skill and also with good Christian ethics, teamwork, and grace - whether winning or losing.  Congratulations to this outstanding team!"

Mr. Van Swol had challenged the A-Squad teams to win the Sportsmanship award and he would then shave his head and mustache.  It looks like the girls won that challenge!

A special thanks to everyone who attended this tournament!   Way to go RCS!
